I’m not a foodie, well I’m not even a very fussy eater (depending on the persons you ask). But if there’s good food, well, I’ll be there like a cat in heat. Ok, maybe that’s kinda the wrong analogy to use but what the heck. So here I was at Minori Dining & Sake Bar over the weekend and let’s just say it was a nom nom noming good time!
If you’re a fan of the buffet (like I am) and you happen to like Japanese food, then Minori will satisfy your craving till you explode from greed. While I’m not really an adventurous food person by nature (I tend to stick to what I like), Minori has a great range of choices that will leave your waiter standing there patiently while you make up your mind.
You can check out their menu online here if you don’t believe me. Trust me, make sure you go prepared.
Great selection aside, Minori’s food quality was definitely decent and worth the cash, the sashimi was fresh and tasty, and unlimited sashimi tends to make me go weak at the gut. The Ebi Tempura was also crispy and fresh while other stuff that I tried were worth a bite at least.

The other ‘stuff’ that I tried
Since I’m really a big sashimi fan (and if you are, this is goddamn bloody worth it), all I had was tons of salmon and tuna sashimi topped up with free flow green tea and ice water. Those come with the buffet package, but soft drinks will set you back by a lot. Be advised. Lastly, for $29 (before taxes), you can rest assured you’ll be getting a decent deal with great food and ambience. Worth a shot, and definitely worth a second visit.
